Broadband

You can buy a Broadband package for around £20 a month from a number of sources, including ourselves.  Getting it working, however, requires two different skill sets:

• Networking skills: with a knowledge of telephone lines, ADSL filters, Cat5 cabling, modems, routers, Wireless gateways, etc.
• Computer skills: with a knowledge  of software drivers, system settings, Firewalls, Anti-virus scanners, Anti-spyware scanners, etc

If you lack one or both of these skill sets it may pay you in the long run to get professional help installing  your Broadband package.   Here is a page of advice about buying broadband, what speed you can expect, and whether to get our help to install it or risk the DIY approach.  Remember it is almost always cheaper to get us to install your system to start with than it is to repair a botched attempt. 

Bear in mind that if you ask Bazaar Systems to install your Broadband package we can also download and install free versions of Firewalls, Virus scanners and Anti-spyware scanners for you, and get your email and instant-messaging working.
